Ladies only

Whether you are a beginner, looking for a new fitness workout, want to complete or are an experienced boxer, our ladies only class is for you.  

Led by our experienced boxing coaches, the sessions are designed for you to keep fit and feel confident and strong in a Ladies only environment.

 

Whether you want to improve your fitness,learn new skills, gain confidence or improve your boxing skills our coaches are there to help guide and tailor these classes to your individual goals.

Classes are pay-as-you-go, so there is no long term commitment and classes can be booked directly through our web site.

​

All equipment is provided, so just arrive in your indoor training wear and be prepared to push your limits.

​

Classes will run through various activities including warm up, technical drills, bag work, pad work, partner work, skipping, strength and conditioning and circuits.  we understand individuals will perfrom at different levels, so we work with the individual in a group environment, nobody is left behind.
